The Estes Park Film Festival is proud to present a FREE screening of some of the best award winning short films from writer/director Patrick Rea at the Estes Park Public Library - Hondius Room on Monday January 26th at 7:00 PM.
Attendees should arrive at least 15 minutes before the screening to ensure availability of seats. Registration for this FREE event is not required.
Senoreality Short Film Showcase - Enter a different dimension in cinema as writer/director Patrick Rea and his production team at Senoreality Pictures present their most suspenseful Short Films at the EPFF Free Film Series! Since 2004, the Emmy Award Winning Filmmaker, Patrick Rea, has directed many short films that have screened at festivals such as our very own Estes Park Film Festival, the Central Nebraska Film Festival, Palm Beach International Film Festival, Shriekfest LA, The New York City Horror Film Festival, and Fangoria's Weekend of Horrors. These shorts have also screened on FangoriaTV, Horror Channel, and n8studios.com. Films that will be showcased at this free screening include "Next Caller" "Now That You're Dead", "Paint Shaker" "Misfortune Smiles", "Torture Porn", and "Prisoner Exchange at Bannon's Lookout". As proud as we are of the films screening as part of the Estes Park Film Festival, some films may not be appropriate for small children. These films are not rated.
Founded in 2005, the Estes Park Film Festival is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to educate, inspire, and advance a greater appreciation of independent film. We also support and promote the preservation of historic cinematic landmarks. Since 2006, the EPFF has organized an annual international film festival at the Historic Park Theatre with filmmakers from around the world traveling to Estes Park to showcase their latest independent films at one of the oldest operating movie theatres in America. The specific objectives and purposes of the EPFF are the following:
a. Instruct the public on filmmaking, as this subject is useful to individuals and beneficial to the community.
b. Educate and encourage the community and individuals to create films for the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities.
c. Promote culture and the development of the arts.
d. Promote the preservation of historic cinematic landmarks.
